Customer Outreach Associate
We are seeking a Customer Outreach Associate to be a key player in our dynamic Telecommunications firm. Our firm specializes in creating customized community outreach and promotional marketing campaigns for some of the biggest brands across the country! We work hand-in-hand with clients to optimize their outreach efforts, ensuring their products and services connect with the right audiences in an efficient, cost-effective way.
As a Customer Outreach Associate, you will play a vital role in our community engagement and customer outreach strategy. You'll have the unique opportunity to build relationships with corporate clients, local community organizations, and consumers. You will be responsible for planning and executing outreach and marketing campaigns tailored to our clients’ target demographics, while serving as the primary point of contact between brands and the communities they serve.
Customer Outreach Associate Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with consumers in key markets to maintain clear communication and effectively promote client campaigns.
- Manage the distribution of products to qualified consumers and act as the main liaison during on-the-ground outreach campaigns.
- Coordinate efforts with the sales and customer service teams.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that supports both professional and personal development.
- Offer ongoing support to customers post-consultation and installation to nurture lasting relationships.
Requirements of the Customer Outreach Associate:
- A background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a relevant field is preferred.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, outreach, customer service, or a comparable field.
- Skilled in developing authentic and reliable relationships with customers, clients, and fellow team members.
