Victoriam Management is looking for enthusiastic and motivated professionals to be an integral part of our sales and customer service team. The company is built on a firm belief in customer service and providing true value to our clients and our team of Customer Support Representative’s is a key to this approach as we help our clients manage their sales needs.

Sales & Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate existing relationships with clients
  • Plan and run presentations with the goal of making sales and growing brand awareness.
  • Provide excellent customer service to every customer by informing and educating them about the brands and product details.
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Support all team members
  • Identify sales trends and potential opportunities for growth within the territory
  • Product knowledge to offer outstanding customer experience

Sales & Customer Support Representative Qualifications:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in restaurants, bartending, hostess, customer service or other related fields
  • Self-motivated, determined, and confident
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • 0-2 Years experience in Territory Sales, or related field
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred (not required)
  • Travel is required

This position involves direct sales, marketing and customer service & commission pay
